We build in stages, with deliberate pause points where you can change your mind. A good plan should be rearrangeable, not a contract carved in stone.

Amelia Whitfield spent ten years in operations and strategy roles before founding Amber Rocket in 2019. She trained in systems thinking through a postgraduate programme in organisational design and spent several years helping mid-sized companies figure out why their internal processes had stopped making sense. She is particularly interested in the moment when a business's original logic stops fitting its current size, and what it takes to redesign from the inside. Outside of client work, she builds scale models of mid-century industrial machinery, which she describes as the same skill set, just quieter.
It starts with a short call, usually thirty minutes, where you tell us what's going on and we ask a lot of questions. If it sounds like a good fit, we'll send a one-page proposal within three working days. No lengthy intake process, no automated questionnaire.
Yes, within reason. We build deliberate pause points into every engagement specifically so you can redirect if something more important surfaces. We'd rather adjust the plan than keep working on the wrong thing. Any significant scope change gets a short written note so we're both clear on what shifted.
Fill in the form and Amelia Whitfield will reply within three working days with an honest note on whether and how Amber Rocket can help.
